Beverage Napkin

Beverage Napkin - Disposable napkins are generally available in 3 different sizes. Beverage, luncheon and dinner (a fourth size might be a guest towel which has a different purpose). Beverage napkins may vary from different manufacturers but will generally measure 10"x10" when unfolded. This means that when the 10"x10" (open) size is folded it will appear to have 4 sections or panels and when folded it will appear as a 2.5" square. Beverage napkins have several uses but as the name implies it is generally served with beverages. Beverage napkins can also be served with light finger food but we generally recommend a luncheon napkin for anything larger than finger food. Beverage napkins can be made of 1, 2 or 3 ply tissue paper, quality increases with the number of plies. The highest quality luncheon napkin is made of a soft and thick tissue which is marketed under the name Better than Linen. It is recommended that you plan for 2-3 beverage napkins per guest when planning your event.
