"What do you do to a banister? Most people line it with magnolia garlands that are encrusted with pine cones, ribbons, berries, and branches. These paper wedding bells take it to another level. They're light, airy, and joyous, completely uplifting in an almost childlike way. Green would have been too heavy, so I went with red and white. Each bell is attached with fishing line, which took about two hours. The idea is not to swag it, but to create a shape. It shouldn't be perfect — just add, add, add." (Quoted from housebeautiful.com)
