Blowouts

Blowouts - Party blowouts are a staple party item at New Year's and birthday parties. The blowout is constructed of a light weight paper tube lined with a micro thin retractable wire. The tube is connected to a mouth piece through which the party goer blows. Some mouthpieces give a squawking sound and others are silent. The effect is a paper tube that extends and retracts as you blow. The party blowout is a must have at most birthday parties and is generally a big hit.
