There are many uses for ordinary non-coordinating party supplies. Here is an idea for a fun SpongeBob party project that can be done during the party as an activity for entertainment, or before the party to be used as special homemade decorations.
Jelly Fish:
Supplies: 12oz. Pink Plastic Bowl from our solid colored party supplies, (81’) Pink Crepe Streamer from crepe streamer party supplies, Curling Ribbon, and Adhesive Substance.
1. Turn the bowl upside down on a solid surface.
2. Cut a small hole in the bottom of the bowl just large enough to fit the curling ribbon.
3. Push a small amount of ribbon through the bottom of the bowl from the outside to the inside (use enough ribbon to tape it securely to the inside bottom of the bowl).
4. Cut at least 4 or 5 decent lengths of the Pink Crepe Streamer (between 5” and 12”).
5. Tape one end of the streamer to the top of the bowl. Leave the other end hanging loose. The streamers can be slightly squeezed/ rolled to make them more cylindrical than flat, giving more of a tentacle appearance.
6. Now the Jelly Fish can be hung for the party or these steps can be followed as an arts and crafts activity as souvenirs for the party goers.
