In addition to the traditional cake ideas and supplies, the SpongeBob Theme has many party supplies that can be used for deserts and special treats so every party can feature a sweet SpongeBob treat.
1. Use a Pineapple Shaped Serving Bowl as a serving bowl for snacks for the party or as a gelatin-mold, since SpongeBob lives in a Pineapple under the sea.
2. Take advantage of the numerous baking party supplies in the SpongeBob theme: baking cups, cake-pans, sprinkles, candles, and icing kits.
3. After baking cupcakes for a classroom or party, place a SpongeBob Backpack Clip or SpongeBob Bounce Ball on the center of the cupcake so each student/ partygoer receives an additional take-home treat even after they are finished with their cupcake (make sure the students/ partiers know the toy is not edible).
4. Beside the SpongeBob shaped cake pan there is a Pineapple Shaped Cake Pan in the luau party supplies section that that can be decorated to look like SpongeBob’s home using icing and sprinkle decorations from the SpongeBob Theme. Depending on the artistic capacity of the cake maker icing can be used to draw SpongeBob and his gang in front of his house. Use party supplies from the Cake Décor area on the site to make special designs and to make up for any colors for icing that cannot be easily replicated using the SpongeBob icing kit.
