All available shipping methods, with estimated costs and estimated delivery dates for each, will be listed in the checkout section before the order is finalized.

You can use our freight estimator by adding items to your cart and going to the 3rd step of the checkout process. You do not have to check out to get an estimate. Please realize that this is an estimate only. Charges could be impacted either up or down based upon the actual weight, size, and distance. We do our best to economize the shipping without sacrificing service. 

Shipping from our "Green" or non-bulk portion of the order is FREE, If your order from the green non-bulk warehouse totals $50.00 or more. The order will ship in the specified amount of time (please see map below). An estimate delivery date will be given in the checkout section, before the order is finalized. 

• Estimated time of arrival for FREE SHIPPING - "Green" - non bulk site

If you order is under $50.00, the shipping cost will be applied to the order and the default shipping will be UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail, unless an expedited shipping method is selected.

If you need your order quicker than free shipping allows, we can ship via UPS Next Day, 2nd Day or 3 Day Select. These are premium services and all shipping charges are applied to the order. Shipping charges are based upon the size and weight of the package as well as distance. 

Please note that a business/shipping day does not include weekends (Saturday or Sunday)or holidays. For example..If your order is placed after 10:00 AM (CST) Friday the first available ship day is Monday.

• Suggestions to keep expedited shipping charges down.

We offer a new service called "Guaranteed Ground".  Orders placed before 10:00 AM Central Standard Time will be shipped on the same day the order is placed (we are located in the Chicago land area) .  Ground delivery is made by UPS and usually delivers with 2-6 business days (east coast 3-4 days, west coast 5-6 days)- please see map below.  Regular ground shipping charges will apply.  This is a great service that avoids the high cost of air shipping.  This is our recommended service when you need a piņata....fast.  Air charges for piņatas are extremely high because of the size of the package. 

Another  quick service is Priority Mail with the US Postal system.  This is also a good service but.....it is not guaranteed and does not have a very good tracking system.  Heavier packages could cost more than UPS ground.  This is also a very good way to get a piņata quick.  Ship time is generally 2-3 days....we guarantee to ship your package within 24 hours but it is not guaranteed by USPS (they could take longer than 2-3 days).
